Why are only some of my products from my order shipped?Updated 2 months ago

If you place an order with multiple items, there is a chance that some items will be shipped from different warehouses. Therefore you will get multiple tracking numbers.

Custom made items also have different time frames as they need to be hand made.

Generally the custom made items will be shipped once complete as to not hold up the entire order.

For customers outside of Australia, we will ship the entire order together.
